Parties. This agreement is made between Brockman Law Ltd. d/b/a Verv (”we,” “our,” and “us”), and you. This agreement becomes effective when you make the consultation fee payment in full.
Services provided. We will provide one 45-minute legal consultation in person at a mutually agreeable location (in the Twin Cities, MN metro) or by telephone within sixty days of the date you pay the consultation fee. We will also spend up to fifteen minutes before the consultation reviewing any documents you provide us. You understand that every legal matter is unique and therefore we cannot promise or guarantee any particular result for you. We cannot and will not make any promises about the results in your legal matter.
Our duties. We will use our best efforts to provide useful responses to your legal questions and to assist you in determining the best course of action in your legal matter. This may include making referrals, reviewing documents, providing advice, or otherwise assisting you, as appropriate.
Your duties. You must provide us with your current address, telephone number, email address, and any other pertinent contact information. You must provide the consultation fee required by this agreement. You expressly represent that you are authorized to use the credit card, debit card, or bank account you use to pay the non-refundable consultation fee.
Consultation fee. The consultation fee is non-refundable. It will not be refunded in the event you choose not to attend a scheduled consultation during the earlier-stated sixty day period.
Expiration. This agreement will expire at the conclusion of the 45-minute consultation or sixty days after you provide the consultation fee, whichever event occurs first.
